Mobile, AL — The Core Challenge at Crew Fitness runs from January 13 - February 10. The overarching goal is to help you make fitness CONSISTENT. It’s not enough to just work out in January; our goal is to get you moving for LIFE. Fitness really is at the CORE of health and wellness, and the CORE CHALLENGE is your opportunity to start something that changes your health in a lasting, meaningful way.
The Core Challenge is free to current members at Crew Fitness.
Non-members are invited to take the challenge and can purchase unlimited classes for the 4-week duration of the challenge for just $125.
A FOCUS ON CORE STRENGTH
Each class on the Core Challenge incorporates extra core work. Crew Fitness balances strength and cardio, delivering a complete fitness program that works. We have 30 and 45 minute class options, and they’re different each day.
Classes on the Core Challenge are specifically designed for those new to Crew Fitness and even new to fitness in general. There are people of all sizes, shapes, ages, and fitness abilities in each class at Crew. The instructors help each individual to make the day’s workout right for them. Each person works at their own speed and to their own unique ability in class. There’s no such thing as ahead of or behind in a Crew class. There’s just exercise, and we celebrate exercise!
A REWARD FOR CONSISTENCY
Because our goal is to CONSISTENCY, we’re going to reward you for achieving it on the Core Challenge.
If you complete 16 classes over the 4 week challenge, you will earn FREE ADMISSION (a $40 value) to our next ROW FOR BRUNCH, scheduled for February 15 at 10:00. Location TBA. Admission includes the pop-up workout AND your food. The event will be open to the community, including those NOT taking then Core Challenge and those that did not complete 16 classes on the challenge. Admission will be $40, unless you completed the CONSISTENCY GOAL on the Core Challenge.
