Crew Fitness is a program YOU can do. Our classes are low-impact, so they’re good for your joints. You’ll go at your own pace with an instructor encouraging you to set and reach goals that are right FOR YOU!

Our Crew finds joy in fitness and community. We work out because it makes our lives better. We work out to relieve stress, burn fat, tone muscle and transform our bodies.

the workout

Crew classes are 45-minute sessions of fitness and fun featuring awesome music and motivating instructors. Our Crew combines intervals on the bike and rower with body-sculpting movements off of the machines. The music is motivating. The atmosphere is electric. The instructors are inspiring.

Our crew alternates between intervals on the rower and body weight movements off the rower, resulting in the perfect combination for shredding fat and building lean, fit bodies.
