2020 has been HARD, and routine has been almost impossible. NO MORE! It’s time to MAKE TIME for fitness. Crew Fitness is bringing you a new challenge to get you back on track: the 10x10. We’re challenging you to row 10,000 meters per week for 10 weeks. You’ll hit those meters by rowing 3 classes per week.

Consistency is key! So the goal of this challenge is to build (or re-build) your fitness routines. The Crew Fitness team is here to help you do this. We believe fitness plays an integral role in healthy living. It’s a life-long journey full of new challenges, new people, and new goals. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, you’re invited to take the 10x10. Whether you’re just starting out, just getting back to it, or just changing up your fitness, join us for 10x10.
