3,2,1… Let’s RIDE!

Soon you will be able to row AND ride at Crew Fitness. That’s right – we’ve got bikes! Just like our rowing classes are more than just rowing, Crew Ride will be more than just riding. 

You’re going to LOVE riding with the music, sprinting for meters, and power climbs. Just like our traditional class, Crew Ride will be a low-impact, high-intensity class with inspirational instructors, awesome energy, and electric atmosphere. We’ll use the bike for cardio and come off of the machine for body-sculpting exercises like squats, planks, and curls. Crew Ride will feel just like Crew Row, but instead of rowing, you’ll be riding. 

We’re also going to offer Crew Row+Ride, a unique hybrid class that will have you on the rower, on the floor with your dumbbells, and on the bike. It’s a winning combination that will work up a serious sweat and leave you feeling like you can conquer the world.
