The Health Dare is the biggest challenge of the year at Crew Fitness. For five weeks, we empower our Crew to take full control of their health: fitness, nutrition, sleep, and mindset. We set goals, make a plan to achieve them, and we hold each other accountable to that plan. Whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, general fitness, or health and happiness, the Health Dare is your opportunity to cultivate the habits that will change your life.
We believe that starts with FITNESS. Over the course of the Dare, we challenge you to complete 21 classes over five weeks. The Health Dare is open to members and non-members, and we’ll offer special pricing to those not currently on contract pricing.
